William Hunter Ware Obituary, 2002

KINGS MOUNTAIN — Mr. Hunter WARE, 101, of 832 Oak Grove Road, died Sunday, June 30, 2002, at Autumn Care in Forest City.
He was a native of Cleveland County, the son of the late T.M. and Peannie Lovelace WARE. He was husband of the late Ocie Bell WARE. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Kings Mountain and was former owner of WARE Construction Co. in Kings Mountain.
He is survived by four sons, Curtis Lee WARE and wife, Novella, Thomas Erskine WARE and wife, Daphine, Hunter Houston WARE and wife, Jearlene, and Bill E. Ware and wife, Becky, all of Kings Mountain; a daughter, Opal Drumm and husband, Marvin, of Kings Mountain; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Oak Grove Baptist Church with the Revs. Jim Brackett and Gene WARE officiating.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
