“MARTINSVILLE — Allen C. Ware, 71, of Martinsville, died Sunday at his daughter’s residence in Gosport.

He was a retired sheet metal worker at Stewart Warner.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy (Lauer) Ware, of Martinsville; two sons, George Ware of Elkhart and Allen Ware of Clayton; two daughters, Julie Plum, of Manassas, Va., and Penny Gruener of Gosport; and two brothers, James Ware and Wendell Ware, both of Indianapolis.

Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Olive Christian Church in Paragon. Burial will be in Olive Christian Church Cemetery.”
