“”Jesse T. WARE died yesterday afternoon at 5:30 o’clock at his home, 1019 Nineteenth street, following a short illness. The deceased was 44 years old and was a prominent member of the Woodmen of the World and of the East Highlands Methodist church. He is survived by his wife, one son, Charles WARE, one daughter, Miss Willie WARE, all of Columbus, one brother, W. R. WARE of Columbus and thre[e] sisters, Mrs. Frank TONEY and Mrs. Marian AUTRY of Tuscon [sic], Arizona and Mrs. Will BURKS of Columbus. The funeral will be conducted this afternoon at 4:30 o’clock in charge of the Woodmen of the World, from the residence and the interment will be in Linwood cemetery. The following who were selected from the W. O. W. will act as pallbearers: J. S. GORDY, J. W. HARGETT, G. E. SKINNER, William WISE, A. C. SIZEMORE and M. F. McAFEE.”
