Ruby Garvin (Ware), 81, of Diana, passed away February 18, 2018. Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 21, at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs. Friends may join the family for visitation one hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home.
