Ann Ware: mother of my late husband. Legacies to
John Devereaux, son of Captain Devereaux and to
Maria Tunnell a black woman, who now lives with
me. Cousin: John Dennis (of New Brunswick, New
Jersey) and to his children: property in Southwark,
adjoining property in tenure of John Miller.
Land west of lot formerly held by me and my sister:
Ann Fisher, also that purchased of the Miss Swifts
adjoining land belonging to Josiah Haines, also
land in Northern Liberties in tenure of Samuel
Medara and ___ Wallace. Niece: Hannah C. Fisher.
Nephew: Robert Knox Fisher, brother of said Hannah,
my wharf, lots &c. occupied by Snowden and Wagner
by Mrs. Louton and by William Taylor. Ground occupied
by John Green, to Mary Fuit, wife of Thomas Fuit.
Cousin: Jesse Turner. Property occupied by Rachel
Lawson to Elizabeth Hill, wife of Robert Hill and
to her children. Friend: Elizabeth Freeman (of
Philadelphia), widow, my property now occupied by
Edward Gardner. Lot in Southwark in tenure of Lewis
Huskey and one in tenure of John Sheed adjoining property
of widow Burden, to said cousin: Jesse Turner. Property
in Southwark to nephew: John Fisher and his children.
