“AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE MILTON WATER COMPANY.
Be It enacted, etc., as follows:
Simon water SECTION 1. …Horace E. Ware,…, their associated and successors, are hereby made a corporation by the name of the Milton Water Company, for the purpose of supplying the inhabitants of that part of the town of Milton hereafter designated, or of any portion thereof, with water for domestic, manufacturing and other purposes, including the extinguishment of fires; with all the powers and privileges, subject to all the duties, restrictions and liabilities set forth in all general laws which are now or may hereafter be in force, so far as the same may be applicable to such corporations.”
