“John Clarence Ware, 76, of Hackett died Monday, July 31, 2000, in a Pocola nursing home. He retired from Trailmobil in Longview, Texas, and was a Baptist. He was the widower of Flora Evelyn Rhodes Ware.

Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. today in McConnell Funeral Home Chapel of Greenwood with burial at Old Union Cemetery in Hackett.

Mr. Ware is survived by one brother, Howard of Mississippi; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Alfred Flesher, Melton and Asa Carter and David and Jimmy Lee Rhodes.”
