“Mr. Josiah H. Ware, who was bred a cabinet-maker, was, for several years, employed in the establishment of Mr. William M. Goodrich.  in 1831, he commenced the business of organ-building in Medway, in this state.  He has constructed three or four chamber-organs.  Besides these, he has completed a church-organ, with two rows of keys, and with eleven stops.  This instrument was made from the latest plans of Mr. William M. Goodrich, and wax voiced and tuned by him, with the exception of four stops, which he did not live to  finish.”
