Richard Ware

“Richard Ware, for example, of The Relm Foundation, became Undersecretary of Defense (Dept. of Foreign Policy), but left his family behind in Ann Arbor because he doesn’t yet know how it will turn out.  One expects that with the beginning of a second term for Nixon the current Secretary of Defense, Laird, will become Secretary of State, and in that case Ware would presumably move up a number and probably take over the Army or Navy.”
