“Robert William Ware, 74, who lived two and one-half miles south of town, died at 8:30 o’clock on Sunday night at the home following an illness of two months.

Mr. Ware was born July 30, 1877, in Missouri, a son of Robert L. L. and Martha Ann (Busley) Ware. He had lived most of his life in Ray County. He had never married.

Surviving are two nieces, Mrs. Mary Brestos of Clement City, and Mrs. Anna Staff of Kansas City.

Funeral services will be at 3 o’clock Tuesday afternoon at the Carter Funeral Home. Elder W. G. Ferguson of Hardin will officiate. Burial will be in Sunny Slope cemetery.”
