Floyd E. Ware, 70, of Chester, died Oct. 30 at Crozer-Chester Medical Center.
A Chester native, Mr. Ware graduated from Chester High School and then served in the U.S. Army for several years. Mr. Ware was an accountant for the U.S. Government at Fort Monmouth, N.J. He also was a member of Thomas M. Thomas Church, Chester.
Survivors: Son, Gary Hughes of California; sister, Delores Ware of Trenton, N.J.; brother, Otis Ware of Bronx, N.Y.; several relatives and friends.
Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Thomas M. Thomas Church, Chester.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Thursday at W.M. James Leake Funeral Home, 10th and Pusey Sts., Chester; also, 9-11 a.m. Friday at the church.
Burial: Haven Memorial Cemetery, Chester Township.
