Williamson County – MRS. WILL GRACY “BILLIE” WARE SEACAT, 90, of Franklin, TN, passed away March 11, 2007. Born in Stanton, TN, daughter of the late John and Mary Taylor Ware. Retired from Pierce & Barry Hardware in Memphis after 40 years of service. Member of Whitehaven United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by husband, William Hamilton Seacat, Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Sherry Seacat Witsell of Thompson Station, TN, Diane Seacat (Tom) Sanford of Franklin, TN, Tommye Seacat (Bill) Griffith of Gainesville, GA; grandchildren, Kimberly Usery (Dr. Rob) Rainey, Bruce Jeffrey Brunson, David Patrick Brunson, William Blair (Susan) Usery, William Steven Witsell; great-grandchildren, Brittain Ware Rainey, Gracen Alworth Rainey and Joshua Blair Usery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, March 15, at Memphis Funeral Home, Poplar Ave., Memphis, TN with visitation one hour prior to service. Interment in Memphis Memorial Park. Family will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Alive Hospice at St. Thomas Hospital.
