B., Harvard Law Sch., 1903; m. Margarett H. Currier, of Colton, N. Y., Apr. 28, 1903; 3 children, Margarett Elizabeth, Elinor Pamela, Marian Ware.  Practiced at Boston since 1903; mem. Elder, Whitman & Barnum since 1019; asst. atty. gen. of Mass., 1915.  Mem. Norfolk County Bar Assn.  Republican.
