“WARE, Henry, lawyer; b. at Brookline, Mass., Dec. 26, 1871; s. Charles Pickard and Elizabeth Lawrence (Appleton) W.; A.B., Harvard, 1893 A.M., 1894, LL.B cum laude, 1896; m. June 9, 1898 Louisa Fuller d. Charles Lush and Caroline Fuller (Farrar) Wilson; Asst. in forensics Harvard 1893-4; has practiced law since July 1896; mem. firm of Story, Thorndike, Palmer &  Thayer; special justice Municipal Court at Brookline. Treas. First Parish, Brookline, since 1898. Resience: Brookline, Mass. Office: 735 Exchange Bldg. Boston.”
