”Ware, John, Division Engineer Baltimore & Ohio Rd. Office Connellsville, Pa. Born May 2, 1878, at Milton, Mass. Graduated from Milton Academy 1895 and from Harvard University 1899. Entered railway service 1899 as rodman on construction Pennsylvania Rd, since which he has been consecutively to 1901, rodman in office of assistant engineer Philadelphia division same road; 1901 (six months), transitman same road at Altoona, Pa.; to Nov. 1902, assistant supervisor Northern Central Rd; Nov. 1902 to Aug. 1903; assistant supervisor Philadelphia yard Pennsylvania Rd; Aug. to Dec. 1, 1902, assistant engineer in office of engineer maintenance of way Baltimore & Ohio Rd; Dec. 1902, to date, division engineer same road at Connellsville, Pa.”
