”In the matter of the distribution of the share of Catharine N. Ware, under the will of Henry Eichelberger, late of Hanover Borough, deceased.—The undersigned auditor appointed by the Orphans’ Court of York county, Pa., to distribute the balance on the account of A. W. Eichelberger, trustee of the share of Catharine N. Ware, under the will of Henry Eichelberger, late of Hanover Borough, in said county, deceased, hereby gives notice that he will attend to the duties of his appointment, on Monday, the 15th day of January, A. D. 1900, at 2 o’clock p. m.. in the office of C. J. Delone, Esq., in Hanover Borough, York county. Pa., when and where all persons interested may attend if they see proper.
