”AN ACT for the benefit of Company E, First Regiment Kentucky State

Guards.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:

§ 1. That the Auditor be, and he is hereby, directed to draw his warrant on the Treasurer for the following sums, in favor of the following named persons, officers and members of Company E, First Regiment Kentucky State Guards, for services rendered under a call and by order of Hon. At. H. Owsley, judge of the eighth judicial district, to suppress insurrection in the county of Garrard, as follows, …Alex. Ware, $9.”
