"Josephine Constance Hush, 83, of Sykesville, died 
Wednesday, November 12, 2003, at Carroll Hospital Center,
Westminster. 
  Born July 26, 1920 in North Branch (Liberty Lake area),
Md., she was the daughter of the late James B. and Margaret 
Ware Noyes. She was the wife of the late William Hush, who 
died September 30, 1986.
  She had been a psychiatric aide at Springfield Hospital 
Center for many years. She was a life member of the Sykesville 
American Legion Auxiliary. She was a life member of the 
Sykesville-Freedom District Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
  Surviving are brother James B. Noyes of Eldersburg; sister 
Ellen Bitzel of Sykesville; devoted nieces Jo Ellen Wallace 
of Westminster, Margaret Ann Smith of New Windsor and Mary A.
Meadows of Sykesville.
  She was predeceased by her brother, Henry Noyes.
  A memorial service was held on November 22, at Haight Funeral 
Home & Chapel, Sykesville. Interment will be private.
