“Ms. Lucille Ware, 77, of Spotsylvania went home to be with the Lord, Monday, February 14, 2011. She was employed as a school bus assistant for Spotsylvania County Schools for 20 years until her retirement. She was a member of Sylvannah Baptist Church and a graduate of John J Wright School.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Catherine Ware. She is survived by her sister, Barbara K. Ware; a niece, Donna M. Washington and a nephew, Terry B. Washington, all of Spotsylvania.

A viewing will be held 4 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 18, 2011 at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home, 200 Butternut Drive, Fredericksburg. The funeral service will be held 1:00p.m. Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Sylvannah Baptist Church, 8400 Courthouse Road, Spotsylvania, with the Rev. Wayne Robinson officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.”
