“Mr. S.F. Ware, aged 64, died at his home near Chuckey Thursday at 6:45 p.m. after a long illness.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Callie Wilhoit Ware and five children, Jerome Ware, of Limestone, Walter Ware of Chuckey, Howard Ware and Miss Selma Ware of Chuckey.

Funeral services will be held at Solomon Lutheran Church, Cove Creek on Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. by the Rev. F. E. Dulford and the Rev. Fisher.

Active pallbearers: Ralph Cannon, Clyde and Cecil Wilhoit, Lloyd Sentelle, George Greer and Gilbert Wilhoit.

Honorary pallbearers: D.R. Haworth, B.C. Martin, W.F. Bowman, John Foreman, Alf Southerland, J. H. Parman, Joe Gibbs, Frank Renner, and Doug Fillers, Jerome Parman, Coy Brown, Lucky Bitner, Lawrence Parman, Vernie Wilhot.

Flower girls: Margaret Ware, Ella Mae and Norma Bowman, Mrs. Ralph Cannon, Mary Ellen Dantil, Mrs. Cecil Wilhoit, Mrs. Orville Cannon, Mrs. Hermon Cutshaw, Dorotha Lee Cannon and Leona Southerland.”
