“Services for Fred H. Ware, 81, who died Saturday in a Graham hospital, were held at 3 p.m. Monday in the First United Methodist Church in Graham. Rev. Eugene Robertson, pastor, officiated.

He was born January 17, 1901 in Vineyard, and was reared in Jermyn. He came to Graham in 1943 from Megargel, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

He married Ruby Dunagan, who preceded him in death.

Survivors include two sons, Grady R. of Graham and Mickey G. of Wichita Falls; a brother, George of Fort Worth; two sisters, Mrs. Velma Wells of Bonham and Mrs. Alma Blount of Tulsa, OK; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was a brother-in-law of Mrs. Clester Evans, Mrs. Opal Dunagan, and Mrs. Roy Dunagan, all of Olney.

Nephews served as pallbearers.”
