“”Nick” was the son of first cousins, James Heath Miller Ware and Winifred E.S. Ware. He married Sarah Lucinda Caroline “Sallie” Howard in 1868 in Madison County, Alabama. They migrated to Texas in the 1880’s, settling in Travis County. After many years there, they moved over to Georgetown in Williamson County. Eventually, they moved to Cockrell Hill and lived with their younger son and his family. Nick and Sallie were the parents of two sons.”
