ATTLEBORO, MA – Karen A. Ware, 52 of Green Drive, Attleboro died on Wednesday at RhodeIsl and Hospital. She was the wife of Michael T. Ware. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of Claire (Carney) Carr and of the late John M. Carr, Jr. Mrs. Ware was employed in the Grievance and Appeals division of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of RI for twenty years. She was an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan. Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by one son, Bryan M. Ware of Attleboro and one brother, John M. Carr of Lincoln and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held on Wednesday (Jan. 11) at 9:00 AM from the DARLINGTON MORTUARY OF L. HEROUX & SON, 1042 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Coyle Drive, Seekonk, MA. Calling hours in the funeral home will be on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, from 5 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
