Estelle Jackson Ware Obituary, 2004

Estelle Ware, a retired Trico Products Corp. employee, died Thursday (April 1, 2004) in Sisters Hospital after a brief illness. She was 73. Born Estelle Jackson in Manning, S.C., she moved with her family to Western New York when she was a child. A Buffalo resident, she attended high school in Niagara Falls. A longtime production worker for Trico, she retired in 1991 after more than 30 years. Mrs. Ware enjoyed horticulture, particularly making silk and live flower arrangements, and loved to travel, especially to her South Carolina hometown. She was a member of Lodge 1151, Elks Temple Pride of Western New York. Survivors include four daughters, Wanda Clark, Lynette Allen and Cynthia, all of Buffalo, and Gale Gladny of Phoenix; a son, Eugene of Atlanta; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at noon Thursday in H. Alfred Lewis Mortuary, 968 Jefferson Ave.
