Mrs. Ware, 70, died Aug. 14, 2000, at a local hospital. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Ware was born Nov. 14, 1929, in Hungerford, Texas, to Tony Ray and Luella Tasker, who are deceased. She was married to Billy D. Ware, who is deceased. She is survived by three sons, Robert Griffin Jr., Bobbie Griffin and Melvin Griffin; a daughter, Janice Griffin Jamison; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Angelus Funeral Directors, 2535 Airport Road, 391-1918. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 902 S. Prospect St. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd., Staging Area A, Denver. A reception will be at 4 p.m. Monday at the St. John Missionary Baptist Church fellowship hall. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 902 S.
