Ware, Lady Sue, 78, former Barton County Jail matron, died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998. Service 2 p.m. Saturday, First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors: sons, David of Osawatomie, Karl of Great Bend, Ronald of Wichita Falls, Texas; daughters, Mary Ware of Great Bend, Lady Ann Ware of Wichita; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Memorials have been established with First Presbyterian Church and IHS of Great Bend. Bryant-Christians Funeral Home.
