Janice (Ware) Draper, age 56, of Pedricktown, NJ, loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Friend, went home to be with the Lord on July 8, 2012 at the Christiana hospital, Newark, DE. She was born in Penns Grove, NJ on Dec., 21, 1955 to the late James and Laura Ware. She was employed by Salem County Department of Probation, in Salem, NJ, where she retired with 34 years of service. She also worked at Michael’s Craft Store for over 20 years. She was a member of the Alpha Worship Center, in Bear, DE, and served faithfully on the Usher and Sonshine Ministries.
She is survived by her loving, devoted husband, John M. Draper III, her loving son Brandon (Caroline) Ware of Pedricktown, NJ, grandchildren, Constance and Lauren Ware, both of Pedricktown, NJ, her nephew (2nd Son) Damian Ware of Pedricktown, NJ, godson, Dominique Ware of Carney’s Point, NJ, brother, Michael (Melynee) Ware of Pedricktown, NJ, sister, Christine (Keith) Washington, of Salem, NJ, brother-in-law, William C. Saunders of Glenville, GA, sister-in-laws, Virginia Hill of Paulsboro, NJ and Elizabeth (Rodney) Draper-Hunt of Woodbury, NJ, Tammy Scarborough of Dove, DE, stepmother, Bishop Lorraine Thomas Ware of Philadelphia, PA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and the Alpha Worship Center Church family. Janice was predeceaseded by her oldest brother, Elder Ronald Hill.
Services will be held 11am, Sat., July 14, 2012 at Holy Temple Church of the Fresh Harvest, 34 Willis & Cumberland St., Penns Grove, NJ. Viewing from 9-11am. Interment Mt. Laurel AME Church Cemetery, Yorktown, NJ. Arr., by BAGWELL FUNERAL HOME.
