Mr. Ramon H. Ware, 67, died March 11, 2008 at his residence in Minden.

A private memorial for Mr. Ware will be held at a later date.

The Family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home.

Mr. Ware was born in Haynesville. He retired from Marathon Oil Co.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Foster Ware of Minden; one son, Ramon Ware, Jr. and wife Diane of Minden; one daughter, Cindy Brassette and husband Ronnie of Ville Platte; one sister, Marilee Townsend and husband John of Lafayette; two grandchildren, Zack Brown and Samantha Ellington and husband Kerry; and one great-grandchild, Kenzie Ellington.
