Therese Mae (Brown) Ware, 48, of Warsaw, Missouri, formerly of St. Joseph, MO, passed away Monday, July 29, 2013 at her home in Warsaw, MO. She was born February 26, 1965 in St. Joseph, MO, daughter of Ingeborg “Inge” and Charles Brown. She graduated from Benton High School and Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. She was a Parole and Probation Officer for the State of Missouri and in 2013 was the officer of the year in the Sedalia, MO area. Therese enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, camping, fishing and mushroom hunting. Therese was preceded in death by father, Charles Nelson Brown. Survivors include her husband, Glenn Ware of the home, mother, Ingeborg “Inge” K. Brown of Deep Water, MO, son, Chris Nigh of St. Joseph, MO, granddaughter, Callie Nigh and brother, Wolfgang Zaenker of St. Joseph, MO. The family wishes to thank the nursing staff at Boone Hospital of Columbia, MO for their compassionate service.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am, on Friday, August 2, 2013 at Rupp Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday at the Rupp Funeral Home.
