Jackie was born Oct. 31, 1932, in Portland, to James E. and Clara R. (Williams) Ware. She is survived by her husband, Chuck; daughters, Kay (Bill) Monaghan, Kristen Wagner and Karen (Tony) Patton; son, Scott (Windy) Bevens; sister, Patricia Jarvis; nine grandchildren; 13 great- grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; exten- ded family; and many friends. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 28, 2014, at Corbett Community Church in Corbett, 97019.
