Opal Dee Ware, 82 of Lee’s Summit, Missouri passed away on Saturday Oct. 13 at the Lee’s Summit Medical Center. Graveside service will be Wed. Oct. 17th at 12 noon at the Floral Hills East Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00am to 11:30am prior to the graveside at the Langsford Funeral Home in Lee’s Summit, Mo. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Opal Dee (Lawrence) Ware was born on January 17, 1930 in Crocker, Missouri. She enjoyed RVing and traveling , quilting and crocheting. She loved to go to the boats and had a love of a good prank.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles J. Ware, parents Charles and Emma (Quick) Lawrence. 4-brothers and 3 sisters.

Survivors are daughter- Judy Dixon and son Graham Ware. Grandchildren: Jason Dixon, Kelly Hinsley, Charles Ware and Philip Ware. Great Grandchildren: Baylea Builta, Colby Hinsley, Elyse Dixon, Jeffey Dixon, Justin Ware. Sister- Wilma Armstrong and Paulette Mc Murtree and brother Bill Lawrence.
