Phillis J. Ware, 70, Kansas City, Mo., passed away Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010. Phillis was born Aug. 15, 1940, to Harold and Audrey Stonger in Clinton, Mo. Survivors include her husband, Jerry, of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and John Keeney, both of Kansas City, Mo.; grandchildren, Johnny, Jerry, Allisa and Christa Keeney, all of Kansas City, Mo.; and one brother, Larry Stonger, Pahrump, Nev. Visitation was held from 10 to 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 20, at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs, with graveside services following at 11:15 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery in Excelsior Springs.
