Louise Mitchell Ware age 66, of Chickamauga, Georgia went home to be with The Lord Tuesday – August 5, 2014.

She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Reverend Robert Oscar & Catherine Cordelia Watkins Mitchell. She was a resident of Chickamauga, Georgia for the past forty seven years. She was a graduate of Rossville High School Class of 1966 and had attended McKenzie Business College. She worked twenty four years at Provident Life & Accident Insurance Company, she later worked at State Farm Insurance for agent Bob Combs in Chickamauga and worked for the past seven years with Brock Services in Rossville, Georgia. Louise and Benny, her husband owned and operated Magnolia Corner in Chickamauga for several years. She was a member of Jones Memorial Baptist Church on Gordon Street in Rossville, Georgia where she was the pianist. She had served at several churches as pianist, including her former churches Oakwood and Lesly Memorial Baptist Churches where she was a member.

She is survived by her husband of forty seven years: Ernest “Benny” Ware of Chickamauga, GA, sister: Lena B. Levi of Chickamauga, GA, nephew: Jeff (Margaret) Levi of Kingsport, TN, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Jeannine O’Neal Hardeman & Ernest L. Hardeman, Annette & Ronald Webb, nephews: Allen (Donna) O’Neal of Ringgold, GA, Pat (Sue) O’Neal of LaFayette, GA.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Friday after 3:00 pm and Saturday morning prior to the service. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm – Saturday – August 9, 2014 in the chapel with Pastor David Massey officiating. Burial will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park – Noble, Georgia.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made to Jones Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund.
