Horn Lake – MARGARET LAVELL WARE SMITH, 60, senior accounts receivable agent for FedEx FCIS, died Thursday, January 17, 2008 at The Regional Medical Center in Memphis, TN. Mrs. Smith was born September 2, 1947 in Oakland, MS to the late Marvin and Maxine Ware and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Horn Lake. Visitation will be Sunday, January 20 from 5-7 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church. Services will be Monday, January 21 at 2 p.m. at the church with burial in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Garry Smith of Horn Lake; four sons, Joe Smith of Wichita, KS, Bill Smith of Hickman Air Force Base, HI, Malcolm Rawls of Hernando, MS, and Matt Smith of San Francisco, CA; one daughter, Angela Devault of Horn Lake; three brothers, Jessie Ware of Horn Lake, Billy Wayne Ware of Olive Branch, MS, and Jeff Ware of Southaven; and nine grandchildren.
