James L. Ware Obituary, 2008

“James L. “Gooch” Ware Jr., 38, a resident of Millersville, Maryland for 12 years and previously of Severn, Maryland died of cancer Jan. 16, 2008 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center after a brief illness.

Mr. Ware was born April 10, 1969, in New Jersey to Mable Ware of Severn, and attended Anne Arundel County Public Schools.

He was a flooring specialist with Peerless Specialty Flooring, and also worked security for various Washington, D.C., area nightclubs.

Including his mother, he is survived by his wife of 12 years, Shelia L. Ware; two sons, Joey Ware of Glen Burnie and Malique Ware of Millersville; two daughters, Ashlyn Ware of Severn and Jamalia Ware of Millersville; and one brother, Frederick Ware of Severn.”

  1. At times one looks to connect with old friends, to see how they are doing and to catch up on how each one of their life’s adventures. But sometimes you find out that the other person has gone on to be with our Lord. James L. Ware Jr. aka Gooch, I am finding out well after the fact that you have gone on to be with the Lord, but it doesn’t stop the fact that I will pray for your family my friend, to continue pressing on and doing what thus saith the Lord. May God protect your family and may God continue to hold you close into His kingdom.
