DIAMOND, Ky. — Jason L. Ware, 23, died at 2:30 a.m. Friday of injuries suffered in an auto accident near Nebo.

He was a coal miner and a member of Grace Baptist Church in Clay and Webster County High School class of 1991.

Surviving are his parents, Sherri and Paul Ware of Diamond; and grandparents, Loeta and Bill Tow of Providence.

Arrangements are pending at Townsend-Jones Funeral Home in Providence.
