LEXINGTON – Earl Dixon Ware, 82, of Cayce, SC passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016. He was born on November 29, 1933 in Lexington County and was a son of the late Maylon Dixon Ware and Edna Earl Jennings Ware.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Barbara Ann Spigner Ware; children, Jodie Ware Leaphart (Steve), Clay Dixon Ware both of Cayce and Brad Maylon Ware of Kershaw; grandchildren, Julie Annetta Lee (Jeff), Kohle Leaphart, Dayne Ware, Jacob and John Ware; great-granddaughter, Stormi Addyson Lee and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Ware served his country in the United States Air Force and worked for 30 years on the CSX Railroad as a Brakeman and Conductor.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel with interment in Southland Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. www.caughmanharmanfunera lhome.net.
