ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Mary Elizabeth (Ware) Dawson, 92, Alexandria, Va., passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014.
She was the beloved wife of 53 years to the late Dallas O. Dawson, LT COL USA (Ret.); caring mother of Dallas O. Dawson, II (Cathy); James W. Dawson (Nancy); Michael L. Dawson (Gail), and Mary E. Roko (Ken); and dear grandmother of Erin E. Dawson, Bryan W. Dawson, Kathryn L. Dawson, Kelly E. Dawson, Michael G. Guffey, Nicole M. Roko, Kendra M. Murphy and Margaret K. Roko.
Services to honor Mary’s life will be at the Arlington National Cemetery at a later date, and are under the care of the Demaine Funeral Home, Springfield, Va.
