Charles Ware Jr., 67, Michigan City departed this life on December 27, 2012 at Franciscan St. Anthony Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel 418 Washington Street with Elder John Davis, officiating, visitation 10 a.m., until time of the service at the chapel.
