EARLINGTON, Ky. – William G. “Bill” Ware, 71, died Dec. 7, 2009, at his home.

He was a contractor and founded Providence Paving and Ware Trucking companies.

Surviving are daughter, Eva Horning; son, William; stepdaughter, Amy Ethridge; sisters, Wanda Byant, Brenda Mason, Carol Loughlery, Kay Roberts and Linda Sumpter; brothers, Danny and David; five grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Services 1 p.m. Thursday at Townsend, Jones & Erdman Funeral Home, burial in Green Grove Cemetery in Providence. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to services.
