James Ware Obituary, 1998

TUNICA – James ‘Kang’ Ware, 44, truck driver, died of liver disease Dec. 12 at Methodist Hospital in Memphis. Services will be at noon Sunday at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Robinsonville with burial in Mullins Cemetery there. Henderson Funeral Home in Tunica has charge. Mr. Ware, the husband of Pinkie Ware, also leaves a daughter, Niketa Ware of Tunica; two sons, Roderick C. Jackson of Detroit and Orlando Drummond of Chicago; his mother, Lottie Ware, and four sisters, Lula Ware, Ella Ware, Rosie Williams and Claudine Taylor, all of Tunica; seven brothers, R. D. Ware of Detroit, Larry Hargrow of Memphis, Jerry Ware and Henry Hargrow, both of Tunica, and Willie B. Hargrow, Tommy Hargrow and Jessie Hargrow, all of Chicago, and a grandchild.
