TRENTON – Clennon “Goodie” Ware, 55, of Trenton, died on Saturday, June 16, 2007, at the Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Francis Medical Center, Trenton..
Born in Trenton, Clennon was a lifelong resident and was educated in the Trenton Public Schools.
He was formerly employed by Atlas Floor Covering and Trenton Auto Recycling.
Clennon was the son of the late Columbus Ware and Ella Davis-Ware, brother of the late John Engram Jr., and brother-in-law of the late Jerome Copeland.
Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Clennon and Latasha Pack of St. Louis, Mo., Dionell and Evelyne Ware, Rishan and Nat Ware, all of Trenton; a daughter and son-in-law, Delisha and William Williams of Trenton; five brothers and three sisters-in-law, John H. Davis of Trenton, Jimmy and Lourine Ware of Burlington, Albert and Juanita Ware of Trenton, David and Sandra Ware of Hamilton, and Gary Ware of Trenton; two sisters, Beulah Davis and Lillian Ware-Copeland; 13 grandchildren and a great-grandson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday (June 21) at 11 a.m. at Campbell Funeral Chapel, 1225 Calhoun St., Trenton. Interment will be in Colonial Memorial Park.
Calling hours are on Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the chapel.
